Youth Ministry Evangelism Director
When there is a church revival evangelism rally where 'the whole family w
ants to become Christians' .... I received grace at church, volunteered dilig
ently, and evangelized .... At that time, something like this happened .
This happened when I was attending Shinkwang Church , a Jesuit Presbyt
erian church behind the Ambassador Hotel . Once I decide to do anything i
n my life, I have a habit of doing it with all my might . 50- year-old chur
ch in Mukjeong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul , and I became the head of the evan
gelism department within 9 months of attending the church . It is difficult t
o become the director of evangelism in a 50 -year-old church just 9
months after registering with the church . This church has a history of 50
years , and there are many believers and church workers who are assigne
d roles accordingly ... How stubborn and fiery would I have had to be to pe
rsuade others to become the head of the evangelism department ?
Of course, I didn't work hard to become an evangelist director .
I served resolutely with my passion and faith .
This happened once at a youth group retreat . We rented a school near the
sea to hold a youth group summer retreat , and on that day, the youth grou
p held a prayer meeting outside until late at night . I light a bonfire on the
mountain so that the young people can pray all night ... I was the one to st
art this fire, and I prayed that the Lord would help me protect this fire so t
hat it would not go out . I lit a bonfire until late , and the young people pra
yed and when they got cold, they would come for a moment to warm their
hands and then leave . It wasn't the cold season , but it was cold because i
t was in the mountains and late at night .
At that time, as I started the fire and the fire was burning red, a question
began to arise . ‘Why do people have to go to such dark or alone places
and close their eyes to pray ?' I was really curious . returned from the Pra
yer Meeting on the Mount thinking that I should ask the pastor or a brothe
QR
r of good faith about that question tomorrow morning .
