I hope that Korea will be evaluated as the world's best country to live in,

with no suicide rate , no divorce rate , and a high birth rate, with a

prosperous population . In that sense, I really want to use the capabilitie
s I have had as a leader all my life to create the PESCRL ( Political Scie

nce and Literature ) Foundation in Korea .

The chaos in today's Korean society is due to the lack of proper leaders
in politics , economy , society , culture , and religion . In order to create

such leaders, I believe that a foundation such as PESCRL ( Political Scie

nce, Culture, and Culture ) must be created in Korea .
I can't do this on my own . We can only succeed if we all work together .

But, well begun is half done, shouldn't someone have to start ?

So I started first .
