Just as a candle cannot light up the world unless it burns itself, since I

was the president of these companies, rather than receiving an award o

r obtaining a certificate myself , it would be better for me to sacrifice
myself and brighten the world so that they can all receive certificates ,

as well as dozens of certificates . I learned that a leader's job is to help

people receive rewards and receive awards .
And a smile began to appear on my face .

And I sang a song .

Politics , economy , society , culture , religion , leader , school, and
since I am a leader , I have to be an example and know that this is what

I have to do, so I was able to happily let go of everything .

Kwon Ohsuk , who was the president of the Korean Association of Spo
rts Instructors, burned himself like a candle and trained dozens of natio

nally recognized instructors in the National Sports for Life Level 1

competition instructor course hosted by the Korea Institute of Sports

Science , which is run by the government . I completed all the courses
faithfully , and it was only a matter of time before I came in first place ,

but I ended up giving up on myself, stepping down , and not getting the

certificate .
I learned that this is the destiny of a leader .
