A leader's job is to sacrifice oneself and help others .

It's the same logic as a candle lighting up the world by burning itself .

So, a leader must be sacrifice, that is , be devoted and sacrificial , and a
t the same time , be able to give up self and make many people happy .

That is why it is said that a leader must know more than others , must h

ave a warmer heart than others , and must be more sacrificial than othe
