to those who do not , and even if the government tries to reform regulations in an innov

ative way, it is difficult to receive support from the rich or large corporations . Therefor

The world must change now . I can't live well alone . The whole world must work toget

people lost their lives due to lack of a vaccine for COVID -19 , I cannot create a vaccin
