Inauguration video message from China to Korea
Chairman Kwon Oh-Suk was appointed as the chairman of the
Police Children and Youth Safety Association, but due to his busy
schedule in China, he was unable to attend the inauguration
ceremony and instead gave his inauguration speech through a
video message.
