         2. Offline sales


         Offline sales target affiliated stores such as offline restaurants , hotels , airlines , and

         leisure businesses . As of August 15 , 2016 , by industry , Korean restaurants were th
         e largest with 301,939 , followed by coffee shops ( 55,693 ) , snack bars ( 46,221 ) ,

         and chicken restaurants ( 31,529 ) . . The average annual sales

          Offline sales were estimated based on the following assumptions .
          First , Giga Korea Co., Ltd.'s offline affiliated store sales were assumed to be 90% of Gi

          ga Korea Co., Ltd.'s online shopping mall transaction volume .

          Second , franchise stores accumulate 10% of sales , and half of this, 50% , is distributed

          as shared profits . And 25% of the shared profits are converted into company profits .      QR
