For nearly 20 years, they have risked their lives , worked hard, been fe

atured in the newspaper countless times , made a lot of profit, and lived
a prosperous life , but not a single person among those 10,000 people ha

s filed a civil suit . Then this incident , this , is wrong .

Criminal and civil are different things, and if you have caused criminal da
mage, you must file a civil application and receive compensation, but not

one person out of 10,000 has filed a civil lawsuit . And on the contrary, t

here were two people who submitted a petition to the president and a pe

tition to the judge, and even out of 10,000 people, there were only two p
eople who filed a complaint until the end .

The last person conversely told the judge that he was wrong, that this w

as not something to be sued for, that he wanted to die well, and that he
was now old and asked how God would view this, that he had misunderst

ood and sued, that this was wrong, and the other person said that he had

done something wrong. By verbal defamation ,,,, This person was summ

arily indicted and fined . Out of 10,000 people, 2 people filed a petition a
nd said they were in the wrong . Then, one person was summarily indict

ed for defamation and made to pay a fine, and these two people ruined m

y life . Does this make sense ? The court had some kind of enmity with
me, so the judges are wondering what the result will be after so many y

ears have passed . I have been doing business like this for almost 20

years . What does this mean that not a single person has filed a civil la
wsuit? If they suffered a loss, why didn't they file a lawsuit, even though

it is clearly different from criminal and civil ? But they all filed petitions

All the people who did bad things are running away, and there are only t

wo people who took the lead as accusers. How can it be that they mistak

enly believed that one of them was summarily indicted for defamation in

this case and that the other should be released for doing something wro
ng? I really don't understand what the court said about this .
