Each of these things requires a leader's conscience .

we need a ‘ training center ’ where leaders are trained .
The training center is a ‘ village school ’ .

Long ago in Korea, there was a school where children from each village

could learn . This was a place to learn writing with Chinese influence .
My grandfather was a Seodang teacher . I grew up watching my grandfa

ther teach writing at a village school and teach the adults in the neighbor

         hood .

The image of a pointing leader is something I felt while growing up .

My grandfather sacrificed himself . He goes around and does all the dirt

y work for the neighborhood. Teach me how to use fat ,
Please teach me, an elementary school student, what this means .

Teach them how to help the neighborhood when it is in trouble ,

He taught me how to govern my neighborhood well .

What does the village head do ?
What does the mayor do ?

What does the governor do ?

Also, when I became an adult across the country, I wondered what my j
ob was , He taught me these things .

So I knew then what a leader was . And my grandfather gave me pocket
money to help me become the neighborhood kid captain .

That's why I'm always overflowing with money , just because I'm

         generous in my treasury.
I call the kids in the neighborhood and feed them ice cream cakes and do

         things like this.

And sometimes, when I don't have enough money , I take a large bundle

of garlic from my uncle's storehouse , I exchange it for ice cream and ea
t it with my kids .
                                                                                                      QR
He also bent his uncle's brass bowl and exchanged taffy for eating ... .
