My grandfather was so proud of me and told me that I was a human bein

               g .

Giving away what you have for your friends ,
He praised it as a great thing about you, but others don't understand it ... .

My grandfather taught me how to be a leader .
So I thought about what a leader is .

Being a leader is like a candle lighting up the world by burning itself.

Don't live for your own benefit.
To make salt taste salty, it must be dissolved in water .

If it has its own shape, it cannot taste salty .

Sugar needs to be dissolved to make it sweeter .
What does it mean to release something? It is something that others can

enjoy , something that others can enjoy .

               This is ‘Sacrifice’ .
So I think the greatest virtue of a leader is sacrifice .

The candle burns itself to brighten the world and fulfill its mission.

Salt makes food taste salty and helps many people eat better.

disappearing from the face of the earth
Sugar gives sweetness and everyone enjoys it and kills themselves.

               Fulfilling your mission

That is the mission, and the leader's mission is to abandon oneself .

If the leader is good, the world will collapse.
If the leader is dedicated, if the leader is servant, and if the leader sacrifi

               ces himself.

               That society will survive .

So the virtues of a leader are You must have proper knowledge .

‘Knowledge is power’ ' Knowledge is power .'
How can a leader who does not know anything lead ?

, you have to know music .
     QR
, you need to know how to teach it .
