The year after its establishment, G.O.B purchased its own headquarters building in

Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul and entered into a full-fledged profitable business by
installing about 50 technicians, managers, and sales departments.

We also established an office building in Incheon and
acquired the 120,000-pyeong Gangwon Folk Village in

Chundang-ri, Cheongil-myeon, Hoengseong-gun,
Gangwon-do, and opened a company-specific training

center and G.O.B Cultural Complex to use it as a training
center for approximately 1,000 executives and employees

of branches across the country and business owners
every month. It was used as a training center for the G.O.B Headquarters Oseong Building in
Seongnae-dong
Federation of Instructors and the World Federation of
Sports Instructors.

In particular, this place has outstanding natural scenery,

so plans were made to add a silver town exclusively for
G.O.B, a red clay room, and a nursing home in the future,

and a business plan was submitted to Hoengseong-gun
